About Us
Sheena Mullakal Govindan
Sheena is an internationally certified Karmic & Cosmic Healer. Her journey into healing began not as a calling, but as a necessity.
A single parent who has raised her child independently since the age of three, she brings lived strength, clarity, and resilience into her work. Her path includes navigating profound personal challenges—relationship breakdowns, financial instability, and a period of having no active job or financial resources while caring for a young child. Rather than surrendering to circumstance, she chose conscious rebuilding from within.
Through deep inner work, she healed her own karmic patterns around relationships, self-worth, and money—moving from survival to stability, and eventually into confidence and leadership. She went on to hold a high-paying Director role in the IT industry, before choosing alignment over comfort and stepping away from corporate life to fully dedicate herself to her healing mission.
Her work is inspired by her personal transformation as well as by witnessing significant improvement in her mother’s health through the healing modalities she practices—reinforcing her belief that addressing energy at its root can create meaningful emotional, physical, and spiritual shifts.
Today, she offers a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space for healing. Her work spans multiple modalities thoughtfully customized to meet the individual needs and journey of the client.

Having moved through confusion, emotional weight, karmic patterns, and the quiet exhaustion of carrying what was never hers to hold, her journey revealed a powerful truth: transformation does not come from fixing oneself, but from understanding what has been unconsciously carried. This insight became the foundation of her healing work.
She reads energy before behaviour, emotion before reaction, and patterns before stories—an ability first cultivated through her own healing. Drawing from Tarot reading, Aura reading, Akashic insight, Tri-shakti healing, NLP, and yogic intelligence, she guides individuals in gently releasing emotional imprints and subconscious loops that no longer serve them.
A Pisces by birth, she embodies compassion, empathy, and deep intuitive sensitivity. She senses the energy of a room before words are spoken, attuned to what exists beneath expression and emotion.
